The Felt Sense Method Yoga Convention Warsaw, Poland – 2011
The Felt Sense Method is a means of dealing with incontinence that is unique, because it addresses the whole person. It addresses the psychological element of incontinence, because this has an overwhelming bearing on how each woman deals with her situation. It recognizes that self-acceptance can be gained through introspection, and it provides gentle assistance on this journey. It provides education on pelvic floor anatomy so that the individual will be more informed about her condition. It guides her in simple ways to help her learn how to contact and contract her pelvic floor muscles. The end result is that the muscle groups become toned and strengthened through site-and-function specific methods of contraction.
It is with much appreciation to the videographer of Yoga Conventions, Warsaw, Poland that we present these videos.
