This program is designed to refresh the asana practice skills of those students who have taken time away from their yoga studies and to refine the teaching and asana skills of those who are now teaching. It is also for those Iyengar yoga practitioners who are studying in the Iyengar Assessment Program and for those who are thinking about becoming a yoga teacher.
