Yoga instruction taught in the BKS Iyengar Yoga tradition, for persons working in the construction industry. Emphasis is on “job site body awareness” with the intention of bringing body awareness to the job. All postures are done in work attire, for either office or field personal. Custom tailored yoga sequences for individuals who have physical injuries or limited movement. |
